Visit Tower Homes Communities
We build new home communities across the Birmingham AL area. Each of them has a beautifully designed model home with Tower Homes sales agents available to assist you with buying the home of your dreams! Our agents will walk you through our BEST home building selection process, as well as providing information to questions regarding your home financing.
You’re Ready to Begin
Once you have found a home or floor plan you want, our agent will create a Purchase Agreement to secure your homesite and get the home building process started!
Home Floor Plan Review
During this step, you will get to meet the Builder, review your floor plan with him, request to make any changes and ask other questions you may have about your new home.
Your Dreams, Our Designers
After you approve the plans, you will have a meeting with our Interior Designer in our newly re-designed Design Studio. Our Designer, Erin will help you choose from thousands of the latest styles and help you to select the flooring, wall colors, roofing, light fixtures, tiles to ensure that your new home reflects your personal style. This is such a fun part of the process when buying your new home. We want you to enjoy it!
Pre-Build Walkthrough
Prior to construction, you will get to meet with one of the Tower Homes Managers, who will oversee the building of your home. He will walk your homesite with you and explain Tower’s 139-point quality control system. We want you to see that your home is going to be the BEST built on the market!
Time to Build Your New Home
This is when you see things moving and shaping up into your dream home! We are committed to building your home the most excellent way possible, and building it to last! Our team builds the BEST quality home from the foundation to the roof of your home. So you can sit, and relax while we do all the work.
Pre-Closing Walkthrough
We promise to close your home, fully finished. You will have a chance to walk your home two times before your closing date with our Project to make sure it is completely move-in ready. During the final walkthrough, you will also be instructed on how to use any systems and appliances in your house. We want you to become an expert on your new Tower Home!
Closing Day
On this day we are just as excited as you are to give you the set of keys to your new home! You will sign the final papers that release the home into your ownership. Now it’s time to move into your brand new home and create the memories in the place you will call your home.
